TEA CLASS- THE ART OF BREWING TEA

On Thursday, January 29th we will have a class in the art of brewing tea. We will explore the role that tea ware material makes, water and water temperature, what tea ware to use for what teas, and brewing techniques to help you bring your teas to life. Brewing is a real art and as such is endless in its depth. This session is offered to give you a frame of reference to begin exploring and growing this art for yourself.

Time 7-9pm. Limit 5 people. Cost $35-65, sliding scale.
