On Monday January 19th we will have a class to explore the art of roasting tea. Wheather to awaken rare tea, refresh older tea or roast tea further- roasting is truely and art of infinite depth and finesse. In this session we will experiment with roasting differnet teas. This will involve allot of tasting- we will tastwe before raosting and then at various stages of finish. We will roast a variety of oolongs and other teas. This should be really interesting.

Time 7-9pm. Limit 5 people. Cost $35-50 sliding scale (it is always ok to pay minimum) please call to reserve a place. Paul- 503-230-0953
