 Gift Certificates Available! Get someone a truley unique gift for the holiday, a tea tasting session or ceremony. Available from $50- $300.

    Special Tea Tasting of Rare Wuyi Oolong Teas, Tuesday December 9th, 7-9pm. This is a rare opportunity to try some of the most highly prized tea in the world. The three WuYi oolongs come from a highly prized sacred grove from old trees. This tea is even rare to have in China (if you can get it, it is thousands of dollars a pound) and comes to me only because a tea master in Taiwan recognizes my commitment to the deeper, spiritual aspects of tea. This tea will make you feel very open, exalted and happy, it is very powerful. We will also try one or two other rare teas to round out this session. $50/person, limit 6 people. If more people want to have this experience, I will add on more tastings.

    Tea and Sake Party- Thursday, December 11th. 7-1pm.  Come join me for an evening of tea and sake drinking (some old will be served) This party is a chance to get tea drunk and howl at the moon with wonderful people. $15 suggested donation, sake, tea and light snacks will be served.

    Chinese Tea Ceremony Class. Saturday December 13th. 2-3:30pm. Come learn the art of Chinese tea ceremony. This ceremony is simple, easy to perform and at the same time has profound depth. In one session you will learn everything you need to perform this for friends; it is a beautiful way to spend time with loved ones. $30-50/person sliding scale, pay as you wish.

    Private Rare Tea and Reiki Healing Sessions. Sunday December 14th, 12-6pm. We are offering a 45 minute private tea session followed by a Reiki healingsession with the gifted Reiki Master Stacey Darby. The tea session will employ teas which will relax you and open you up in a very deep way so that you can be in a place of  great depth when you enter your healing session. You will be transformed! Each part of the session will be 45 minutes, so you will need about two hours. We are taking appointments form 11am until 5 pm.Please call for details. Paul: 503-230-0953.

    Oolong Tea Class Sunday, Wednesday, December 17th. 7-9pm. This class is devoted to teaching about the different types of oolong and the different techniques for brewing. We will look at Taiwanese and Chinese oolongs as well as aged and tea from older trees. Fee: $35-55 sliding scale.

    Puerh Tea Class -Saturday, December 20th, 10am till noon. In this class we will explore the world of Puerh teas form Yunnan province. These teas come from old trees (sometimes up to 1000yrs old) and are then aged for many years. The result are teas that have amazing flavor and aroma profiles as well as the ability to get you very tea drunk. We will learn how to brew these teas, taste tea of different types and ages and explore these very special teas. $35-60/person, sliding scale, pay as you wish.

     Rare Aged Puerh Tasting Party. Sunday, December 21st, 2-5pm. Come join me for an afternoon of drinking rare aged puerhs. We will taste Puerh from the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s as well as some very special puerhs which will leave you floating home. This will be an informal session and should be great fun. We will drink from about 8-9 different rare puerhs. Limited to 6 people, $75-100/person, sliding scale. This is a rare chance to try some truly amazing teas, treat yourself for the holidays!

    Open Sessions, December 22- 3Oth will be left open for holiday sessions. Please call to arrange an hour or two session for up to 4 people. This is a great way to entertain friends or family over the holidays. (or escape form friends and family) I will only need a few hours notice so feel free to call anytime. Special rate- $50/hour for up to 4 people or you can set up an appointment for a more in depth rare tasting session- see rates on my Rare Tea Tasting Page.
