The Way of Water and Leaf

In this tea session, we will explore methods of inner cultivation with rare Chinese teas through the lens of plant spirit medicine. Each tea we use will open a different constellation of meridians in the body creating states of profound insight, healing and a deep harmony with life. I have been teaching cultivation and tea for decades and have a deep well of experience to share. These sessions are deep, fun and will provide you with a new orientation in which to work deeply with the tea plant. Plesase join me. Session is limited to seven people.
